Homeowners submit a free service request; local businesses apply to join and are reviewed before listing. Availability varies by service and location—submitting does not guarantee a connection.
Step 1
You submit a request
Name, contact info, town or ZIP, category, description, timeframe, budget range, customer type, and contact preference. Consent required.
Step 2
We create a private lead
You receive a lead number (IGAG-YYYYMMDD-####). Requests are not published on the site.
Step 3
We review your request personally
We use your location and job details to review the request personally. When we can, we introduce you to a local business we know. Submitting a request does not guarantee a connection.
Step 4
You talk directly with the company
Scheduling, scope, and pricing are between you and the service company. We do not publish partner prices.
